Our guest however is definitely not new to the game starting out with Comedy Cartel as far back as 2007. As co-founder of Comedy Manila he has had a hand in producing high-quality comedy shows that feature local and foreign acts in the country since 2013
More recently, he has written and directed the first-ever world-class, stand up comedy series presented by The Filipino Channel
In this interview, he talks about his transition from his original day job to his early stand-up days, the origin story of him being regarded by peers as 'The Lodi of Comedy' as well as the creative endeavors that complement his stand-up game.
He also describes the delicate process of creating stand-up materials and differentiates various types of performance comedy. Lastly, he offers advise on how to manage stress in light of the ongoing pandemic.
